My life experience has been as a Youth Worker, Holistic Counsellor, Reiki Practitioner and Higher Energy Healer. Nine years ago my life completely changed when I became a Mum! Energy Therapy
Have you noticed your energy changing and shifting? we are currently in a one of the biggest energetic upgrades and expansions right now. We are receiving on a grand scale strong light frequencies being sent to us and earth to help us move through the upgrade. Some spiritual leaders call it ascension moving from 3D frequencies to 4D and 5D frequencies.
With these new light frequencies coming in our energetic signature is also changing and shifting.
In these session I help guide you to connect with your energetic imprint and explore how is works, what areas need support and where to best integrate the light frequencies that have come in
I use oracle card reading to energetically assess your past, current, and future energy upgrades and then lead you in a safe meditation where you will connect with your energy use your own intuitive senses with me to assess, heal and clear so you are more balanced and aligned for more light upgrades as they come.

Raising Hi-Vibe Kids
Who here is parenting Hi Vibe New Earth Children? I am! and sometimes it can feel like I’m on push bike speeding down hill with a blindfold on, completely going on gut instinct and blind faith in myself and my intuition that I will land on my feet.
These kids coming through are different lets face it and not different in a bad way they are here to live life on earth more ethically, more abundantly and more spiritually. Parents of these children are the bridging souls we are here because we also were sensitive aware beings and saw the flaws in our world and wanted to do it differently. So we are with our children who are also learning their paths to different. But with pioneering a change comes with its difficulties and sometimes isolation as maybe those supports around you don’t quite understand your choices. And how to we also make space and boundaries for ourselves while also helping our children understand this world they are currently in.
In these sessions we will look at parenting tips and trick for these new earth children in a holistic way. you will develop a tool kit of knowledge to help you move forward with your journey into raising hi vibing kids. You will also connect with other parents who will likely be experiencing the same struggles and joys of raising these amazing kids and we will look at how we can set our boundaries so we can find peace and harmony in our parenting space.
